Kimberly Winden

Kimberly Winden, EdD, currently serves as the Director of the Office for Diversity & Inclusive Excellence Education at Nazareth University, starting in September 2023. Previously, Winden held positions such as Graduate Assistant at the University at Buffalo, where an Amazon-funded STEM Outreach Program for Women in Science and Learning was planned and implemented, and Interim Assistant Director of Spirituality and Religious Life at Rochester Institute of Technology, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Notably, Winden also served as Associate Director of the Newman Catholic Community at Rochester Institute of Technology and Youth Minister for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester, demonstrating extensive experience in educational, religious, and community engagement roles. Winden earned an EdD in Learning and Teaching in Social Contexts from the University at Buffalo, along with a Master of Science in Inclusive Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Music in Music Teacher Education from Nazareth University.
