Helen Haiying Chen

Helen Haiying Chen is the Vice President, Legal at the National Basketball Association (NBA) in China. Prior to joining the NBA, Helen Haiying worked as a Senior Associate at Baker McKenzie and King & Wood Mallesons. Helen Haiying also served as the Head of Legal at a Boutique Intellectual Property Firm. Helen holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Fudan University. Additionally, Helen Haiying has received education in International Arbitration from the Arbitration Academy in Paris, France.
