William Aronson

Paid Media Strategy Team Lead at NBA

William Aronson currently serves as the Director of Paid Media - DTC Acquisition at the National Basketball Association (NBA) since November 2023. Prior to joining the NBA, William held various senior positions at 3Q Digital from September 2015 to February 2023, culminating as Vice President of Performance Marketing. In this role, William developed and executed performance marketing strategies for high-growth brands, managing budgets up to $7 million per month and leading a team of 28 digital marketers. Additional experience includes a stint as Digital Manager at Food52, where William significantly increased revenue while reducing acquisition costs, and previous roles at iSearch Media and Orbitz Worldwide, focusing on digital marketing and revenue management. William earned a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University in 2010.
