Kaitlyn Champion

Kaitlyn Champion, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as an HR Manager at NBC Sports Next since August 2022, Kaitlyn previously held the position of Human Resources Director at SGS from March 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included strategic planning, HR leadership, and mentorship of HR teams. Prior roles include HR Generalist at Vista Prairie Communities, where Kaitlyn implemented HRIS solutions and redesigned reward programs, and HR Coordinator at Robert Half Management Resources. Kaitlyn began the HR career as a Recruiting Coordinator at Hennepin County Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Minnesota Duluth and an Associate of Fine Arts from Normandale Community College.
