Joel Clements

Joel began his banking career in 2004 with a community bank in Nebraska City and has continued in banking in both Omaha and Lincoln for the last fourteen years. He joined the NBC family when he was part of a small group that raised capital to open Nebraska Bank of Commerce (formerly Community Bank of Lincoln), and he has continued with the group in various capacities. In addition to previously being the CEO of NBC Trust Company, Joel serves as the Executive Vice President and Senior Lender at Nebraska Bank of Commerce. Joel spends his free time with family and friends, and most importantly, his wife Jess and their son Conner.
