Emerlynn Lampitoc

Emerlynn Lampitoc is a seasoned executive in the entertainment industry with extensive experience in talent development and creative strategies. Since February 2017, Emerlynn has served as Vice President of Filmmaker & Content Strategies and Vice President of Creative Talent & Content within the Global Talent Development & Inclusion department at NBCUniversal's Universal Filmed Entertainment Group, contributing to the advancement of diversity and inclusion across key divisions. Previously, Emerlynn held the position of Manager of Creative Talent Development at Disney-ABC Television Group, where responsibilities included nurturing emerging writers and directors. Earlier positions included Director of Television at Edmonds Entertainment and executive assistant roles at Century Fox Television and Paramount Network Television, focusing on programming and development support. Emerlynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Whitworth College.
