Jesse Baker

Jesse Baker is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Infrastructure Manager at NBG Home since August 2012, overseeing IT operations for the Tennessee Manufacturing Plant and supporting the company's sales representatives and other sites nationwide. Baker possesses a diverse skill set that includes expertise in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, networking, device configuration, and helpdesk management, among others. Prior to NBG Home, Baker held various roles at NPC International from March 2006 to September 2012, focusing on staff management, scheduling, and customer service. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Computer Information Technology from Nashville State Community College and a dual diploma in General Studies from Jackson County High School.
