Jody Soper has a strong background in marketing and communications, with significant experience in various leadership roles. From 1990 to 2009, they served as the Vice President of Global Communications at First Data. In 2009, they became the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at The Children's Hospital, and then moved on to become the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Guaranty Bank and Trust Company from 2010 to 2016. Jody was then promoted to the role of Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the same company, where they worked until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, Jody served as the Vice President of Marketing at Bellco Credit Union. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Marketing Officer and President of the NBH Charitable Foundation at NBH Bank.

Jody Soper completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Calvin University between 1987 and 1990. After that, between 1991 and 1994, they pursued an MBA from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. In 2013, Jody Soper earned a Certificate in Corporate Community Involvement from Boston College, Carroll School of Management Center for Corporate Citizenship.
