Dr. Hervé Salanga Ile

Dr. Hervé Salanga Ile has diverse work experience in various financial institutions. Dr. Hervé started their career in 2000 as a Product Manager in the Private Banking Group at Citi. Dr. Hervé then worked at Standard & Poor's as a Fund Products Specialist from 2005 to 2007. Subsequently, they became an Equity Portfolio Manager at a Single Family Office from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, Dr. Salanga Ile worked as a Principal at ileK Consulting for a brief period. Dr. Hervé then joined NBK Capital as the Global Head of Manager Selection and Research, where they are currently employed.

Dr. Hervé Salanga Ile has a Doctorate Degree in Active Portfolio Management and Behavioural Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School, which they obtained from 2014 to 2019. Dr. Hervé also holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Leicester, completed in 2004, and a BA(hons) in Business Management & Communication from the University of the Arts London, earned from 1996 to 2000.
