Annette Despoges currently serves as the General Manager of Commercial Finance for Technology at nbn® Australia, beginning in October 2023. Prior to this role, Annette dedicated over 22 years to Lion, where significant positions included Business Process Excellence Director, Group Commercial Director, Commercial Director - IT, and People Services Director. Annette's accomplishments at Lion include managing large budgets, leading continuous improvement initiatives post-SAP implementation, and driving strategic projects such as cloud migration and cyber security enhancements. With a strong educational background, including qualifications from Western Sydney University and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Annette is a chartered accountant with extensive expertise in financial governance, process excellence, and commercial finance outcomes.
