Carmen Blake (Maher) has a strong background in the hair and beauty industry, starting as a hairdresser and working their way up to roles such as Salon Manager and Managing Director. Carmen also has experience as an Educator, providing training and product knowledge to salon employees. Currently, Carmen works at nbn® Australia as a Senior Manager Change Delivery, where Carmen leads the introduction of new technology to frontline agents and manages program readiness for enquiries and complaints related to new product releases.
