Steven Ahrens

Steven Ahrens is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in data interchange and DevSecOps, currently serving as the Executive Manager at nbn® Australia since June 2017. In this role, Steven leads a team of Delivery Engineers, Testers, and Operational staff to optimize IT outcomes and reliability for stakeholders across Australia. Prior to this position, Steven held various roles at nbn® Australia, including Senior Manager for Data Interchange and IT Service Operations. Steven's career also includes significant experience at Nokia, where as a Senior Technical Lead, Steven led a team supporting NBN’s Fulfillment Platform, and earlier roles involved the development and deployment of OSS processes and network management products. Steven holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from UNSW.
