Ashley Leathers

Ashley Leathers has extensive experience in information technology and administrative roles, currently serving as the IT Strategy Workforce Manager at the NC Department of Health and Human Services since February 2016. Previously, Ashley held positions within the same department as an IT Planning Analyst, Executive Assistant to the Deputy Secretary, and Administrative Assistant in the Information Technology Division. Prior experience includes serving as Center Administrator at HCM, where Ashley managed corporate documentation and budget reconciliation, and as Service Manager at o2 fitness, focusing on recruitment and administrative operations. Early in the career, Ashley worked as a Manager at Zaxby's Franchising, Inc., overseeing profit and loss budgets and inventory management. Ashley holds a Medical Billing and Coding degree from Wake Technical Community College and a Phlebotomy Certification, along with a High School Diploma from Fuquay Varina High School.
