Matthew Schneider

Matthew Schneider is a skilled professional with diverse experience spanning over two decades in roles related to compliance, business development, sales, and journalism. Currently serving as a Compliance Monitor at the NC Department of Health and Human Services since March 2023, Schneider assists in reducing and responding to audit findings while utilizing various monitoring tools. Previous roles include business development at WalkMe™, sales development at Skilljar and N-able, and account management at ChannelAdvisor, where expertise in e-commerce solutions was honed. Schneider co-founded China Trade Specialists, facilitating international trade and communication while possessing a foundational understanding of Mandarin. Early career experience includes journalism at North Carolina State University and sales roles at UL, along with contributing to the U.S. Census Bureau as an Enumerator. Schneider holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from North Carolina State University and an Associate's Degree from Wake Technical Community College.
