Yasmin Rosado

Yasmin Rosado is a seasoned Senior Application Analyst with extensive experience in health information technology and systems analysis. Currently employed at NC Department of Health and Human Services since September 2023, Yasmin previously held similar roles at OCHIN, Inc. and Harris Health System, where responsibilities included enhancing functionality and efficiency of information systems, analyzing software modules, and training users. Early career experience includes positions at Houston Methodist, IntegraNet/EMR, TECNEX Systems, and Revention, focusing on EMR systems implementation, technical support, and training. Yasmin also contributed to NASA as a Flight Software Developer, developing avionics software for spacecraft. Yasmin holds a Master of Science degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Fordham University.
