Joe Coletti

Joe Coletti is an experienced professional currently serving as the Oversight Staff Director for the House Majority at the North Carolina General Assembly, focused on enhancing government effectiveness and accountability. Coletti has a diverse background as a strategy and policy consultant since 2009, working on various projects related to pay-for-success contracts and major reforms. As the CEO and co-founder of the Better Yes Network, from 2015 to 2023, Coletti promoted community solutions to social issues. Previous roles include Senior Fellow at the John Locke Foundation, Deputy Director at the North Carolina Office of State Budget & Management, and Director of Policy and Communications for the U.S.-Japan Business Council. Coletti holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS and an AB in Asian Studies from the University of Michigan.
