Morgan Weiss

Morgan Weiss, MPA, is a seasoned professional with a strong background in fiscal analysis and compliance. Since April 2020, Morgan has served as a Senior Fiscal Analyst for the North Carolina General Assembly, where responsibilities include presenting budget overviews to legislative committees and collaborating with Committee Chairs on the Judicial Branch budget. Prior to this role, Morgan held positions at Blue Cross NC as a Senior Compliance Consultant and at WellCare Health Plans, progressing from Public Policy Intern to Compliance Oversight Lead. Morgan's educational qualifications include a Master of Public Affairs in Public Policy Analysis from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy from Southeastern University.
