Dr. Teresa Ehlert

Dr. Teresa Ehlert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, workforce psychology, and data management. Currently serving as a Senior Fiscal Analyst for the State of Oregon since March 2018, Dr. Ehlert has previously held roles such as Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Manager. As the owner of Double Click Design, LLC from January 2006 to March 2018, Dr. Ehlert specialized as an Architectural & Structural Draftsperson. Additionally, Dr. Ehlert has contributed to academic research and thought leadership in organizational leadership as a Doctor of Psychology, with expertise in evidence-based recruitment, retention strategies, and change management. Dr. Ehlert's educational background includes a Doctor of Psychology from the University of the Rockies and both a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree from The University of New Mexico.
