Kristen Fetter also held positions as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Portsmouth, Virginia, and as a Deputy County Attorney in Maricopa County, Arizona, focusing on felony prosecutions. Before transitioning to prosecution, Kristen Fetter worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Wake County, defending clients in criminal cases. Education includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Campbell University and two bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government and Spanish Language and Literature from North Carolina State University.
