John-Lewis H. Godfrey

John-Lewis H. Godfrey serves as Broker in Charge and Chief Operations Officer at HUBBARD COMMERCIAL, LLC, overseeing marketing, development, sales, and internal projects since January 2013. Additionally, John-Lewis holds various leadership roles with the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS®, including Board Member, President, President Elect, and Secretary/Treasurer, and has been an Agent at Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors since January 2012. John-Lewis is also a member and Chairman of the Winston-Salem Realtors Commercial Alliance and serves on the Board of the NC Association of REALTORS®. Education includes a Real Estate Broker's License from the Triad Real Estate School and studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

NC Association of REALTORS®

NC REALTORS® is a non-profit trade association founded in 1921 and incorporated on Sept. 14, 1935. From an initial membership of 135, NC REALTORS® today has a membership of more than 55,000 real estate professionals representing 45 local associations statewide. NC REALTORS® is one of the largest and oldest state associations in North Carolina. For our purposes, the state is divided into 10 regions to assist in the operation of the association. Each region has an elected vice president that is responsible for coordinating activities in his or her area on behalf of the association.
