Alison Teitelbaum

Alison Teitelbaum, MS MPH CAE, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) since January 2024. Previously, Alison held the Chief Operating Officer position at the International Association for the Study of Pain from February 2022 to October 2023, overseeing day-to-day operations, finance, HR, and vendor relationships. Other notable roles include Executive Director at the Health Care Alliance for Patient Safety and the American Health Quality Association, where Alison managed operations, budget development, and strategic programming. Additional experience encompasses a Vice President role at MCI USA, specializing in public health, strategic planning, and organizational development, along with various positions in social marketing and project management at organizations such as The Cadmus Group and the Interstitial Cystitis Association. Alison's educational background includes a Master of Public Health in Health Communications and Marketing from George Washington University, a Master of Science in Psychology from Radford University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Psychology from Virginia Tech.
