Brad Barnhart

Brad Barnhart is a Senior Research Scientist at the National Council for Air and Stream Improvement, Inc., focusing on sustainable solutions for water quality research since November 2018. Previously, Brad served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the US Environmental Protection Agency from March 2014 to November 2018, where work involved model development and optimization methods to assess human management impacts on urban and agricultural watersheds. Prior to that, Brad was a Research Physical Scientist at USDA-ARS, integrating models for optimizing farm productivity and environmental quality. Academic experience includes research assistant roles at the University of Iowa, leading to a Ph.D. in Physics, complemented by a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Physics and Astronomy from the same institution.
