With extensive experience in research and project leadership, Ilich has worked in various roles at companies such as NCASI, Inc., CRIQ, and PETROPERU. Holding a Doctorate and Masters in Chemical Engineering, Ilich's expertise includes neural network modeling, multivariate statistical analysis, process optimization, and neural predictive control of TMP refiners.
