Brian B.

Brian B. currently serves as the Global Head of People Services at NCC Group, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Brian B. was the Director of People Operations at THG from February 2022 to December 2022, and the Head of HR Services at Ocado Group from October 2020 to December 2021. Brian B. has extensive experience in HR leadership, having worked as the Head of HR Operations Europe at Gilbarco Veeder-Root for most of 2020, and in various roles at DHL from January 2012 to 2018, including Head of HR Operations APEM and Senior Regional HR Resolution Manager. Brian B. started the HR career as a Regional HR Business Partner at Tradeteam (DHL) from 2007 to 2012 and worked as an HR Project Manager at Richard Austin Alloys from 2005 to 2006.
