Allma Capric

Allma Capric has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They began their career as an HR Coordinator at Splash in January 2018 and worked their way up, taking on positions such as Human Resources Generalist and HR Business Partner. In April 2020, they were promoted to Senior Human Resources Business Partner and later became the Human Resources Director in April 2022. Prior to their time at Splash, Allma worked as a Benefits Admin at Publicis from an unspecified start date in 2016 until 2017.

Allma Capric obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from City University of New York-College of Staten Island from 2012 to 2015.
