John Muhs

John Muhs has a strong background in leadership and advisory roles. John is currently the Vice President of Software Resilience at NCC Group. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of Advisory and Sourcing at ISG, where they played a key role in expanding the Americas region. John also served as an Advisory Board member at Function-AI, providing critical business insights and support. John Muhs held the position of Director, Client Partner at IPsoft, overseeing the expansion of the US region. John has also held managing director roles at Verizon Business and AT&T, where they led teams and implemented strategies to drive revenue growth. Throughout their career, John Muhs has demonstrated expertise in areas such as IT advisory, AI technology, cloud services, telecom, and product management.

John Muhs has a Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) degree in Strategy from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business. John also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Economics & Computer Science from St. Andrews University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including "AI-First Product Leader" from LinkedIn in May 2022, "Effectively Leading Digital Transformation" from LinkedIn in December 2020, and "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification" from Kennesaw State University - Michael J.
