Sethu Madhavan

Sethu Madhavan is an accomplished QHSE Officer currently working with NCC Group ME, managing the HSE Management System for ADNOC Distribution, ADNOC Logistics & Services, and ADNOC Technical Academy since December 2020. With a progressive career in health, safety, and environment roles, Sethu previously served as an HSE Engineer at Sobha Ltd., ensuring compliance with safety legislation for projects such as ACACIA 1 in Dubai Hills Estate. Earlier experience includes positions as a Health Safety Environment Officer at Al Faraa Construction and Industrial Group and as a Safety Officer at Larsen & Toubro, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring safety standards and risk management on construction sites. Sethu holds a Bachelor's degree from Annamalai University and a Level 6 International Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health from the British Safety Council, alongside general purpose training in Marine Maintenance and Ship Repair Technology from NUSI Maritime Academy, Goa.
