Neerad Sharma

Neerad Sharma serves as the Head of Strategy & Investor Relations at NCC Limited, a role held since July 2008, where collaboration with founders and engagement with the Board of Directors is key. Prior to this, Neerad worked at Jindal Stainless from November 2005 to June 2008, initially as Assistant General Manager in the MD & CEO's Office, focusing on strategic initiatives, and later as a member of a team that commissioned Asia's largest stainless-steel plant in Odisha. Neerad's career began at Siemens, where a progressive advancement through various managerial roles spanned from November 1994 to June 2004, generating substantial market growth. Academic achievements include an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, additional MBAs from IESE Business School and Wharton Online, and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Bhagalpur College of Engineering.
