Margareta Kowalczuk Nilsson

Margareta Kowalczuk Nilsson is a seasoned business transformation manager at NCC since May 2013, responsible for the development and implementation of a Nordic management system, including the measurement and analysis of process performance linked to strategic objectives. Prior roles include head of project control, where support was provided for Nordic business area management in goal setting and strategy implementation, as well as group leader for procurement and project planning. Margareta's experience also includes serving as procurement manager at Svevia AB, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development and procurement management. Earlier in their career, Margareta held various leadership positions in procurement within NCC Construction Sverige AB and had a foundational role as a buyer at Fresenius Kabi. Margareta holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stockholm University and has a University Diploma in Russian from Uppsala University.
