Adnan Pathan

Adnan Pathan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and innovation sectors. Currently serving as a Workers Compensation Product Executive at AIG Global Casualty since June 2022, Adnan also contributes as a mentor at Startupbootcamp, providing assessments of new startups and business models. Prior roles include Senior Innovation Research Advisor at AF Group, where Adnan established the Market Intelligence and InsurTech research practices, as well as Director of Workers Compensation Product Development at Travelers. Adnan's career includes leadership positions in underwriting and operations at notable organizations such as Zurich Insurance and Liberty Mutual Insurance. Adnan holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, a CPCU designation from the Insurance Institute of America, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from UMass Amherst.
