Alfredo T. Guerra, chief financial officer of NCCI, is responsible for the financial management of the company as well as directing the corporate strategy and communications functions.
Mr. Guerra joined NCCI as director of capital planning and later served as the company's treasurer before becoming the chief financial officer.
Prior to joining NCCI, Mr. Guerra was with Ryder System where he completed a number of assignments in Ryder's finance organization as well as served in several general management capacities. Mr. Guerra began his career at the General Electric Company where he held positions in financial analysis, manufacturing operations, and GE’s corporate audit staff as part of that company’s Financial Management Program.
Mr. Guerra graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and an MBA. He completed executive level management courses on corporate strategy at the Harvard Business School, on pension funds and money management at The Wharton School, and on corporate governance at the Kellogg School of Management. He has earned the Governance Fellowship credential from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Mr. Guerra serves on the Board of the Palm Beach and Martin County chapter of the American Red Cross and on the board of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County.
