Arlanne Smart is an experienced project manager and entrepreneur with extensive expertise in program management, system support, and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in the Program Management Office at NCCI since April 1996, Arlanne ensures the accuracy and quality of Experience Rating applications vital for workers' compensation premiums across 39 jurisdictions, while also overseeing enhancement projects and implementing process improvements. In addition, as an Entrepreneurial Solution Architect and Director of Operations at PartyLite since 2012, Arlanne provides solutions for gift-giving and home decor while assisting individuals in achieving financial independence through entrepreneurship. Arlanne holds an MBA in Information Technology Project Management from Capella University and a B.B.A. in Business, Management, Marketing, and Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University.
