James Bonk has extensive experience in data collection, validation, and software development within the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Medical and Indemnity Operations at NCCI since March 2009, James oversees critical processes for medical and indemnity data. Previously, James held the role of Director of Medical and DCI Data Validation at NCCI, where responsibilities included leading the Medical Data call and the data collection team. Prior roles include Director of Voluntary Data Services at NCCI Holdings, where James focused on data collection and research, and various positions in software development at Risk Data Corporation and Fair Isaac, culminating in directorial roles that emphasized software development for key products.
