Maria Hernandez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a Strategy and Innovation Consultant at NCCI since February 2023, Maria has a robust background that includes founding and leading InnoGuia as CEO, where a focus on innovation culture was paramount from October 2016 to February 2023. Prior to these roles, Maria held significant positions such as Innovation Technology Executive at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, SVP of Strategic Development at Modernizing Medicine, and Chief Innovation Officer for Latin America at IBM. As a co-founder and President of Madrinas, a Corporate Hispanic Women Leadership Development initiative, Maria has demonstrated a commitment to leadership development. Maria holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Pace University's Lubin School of Business and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
