Noel D'Souza

Head Customer Service (avp), NCCL at NCDEX

Noel D'Souza has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. Noel is currently the Head of Customer Service at NCDEX, where they manage operational activities related to clearing and settlement. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager of Customer Service Delivery at Vodafone, where they were responsible for smooth operations and customer retention. Noel also served as a Manager of Customer Service at Reliance Communications, overseeing call center operations and field telecom service delivery. Earlier in their career, Noel worked as a Group Leader at NIIT Technologies and as a Programmer at FRMware and Indo-European Computer Institute.

Noel D'Souza obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology/Biochemistry from St. Xavier's College in 1993. From 1993 to 1997, they attended the National Institute of Information Technology, where they obtained a degree in Computer Software Engineering called GNIIT. In 2001, Noel pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, which they completed in 2003. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including NICR Commodity Certification from NCDEX Institute of Commodity Markets and Research in 2018, ITIL® V3 from TÜV SÜD South Asia in 2013, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) from ASCB(E) - Accreditation Service for Certifying Bodies (Europe) Ltd in 2013. Noel has also completed courses in Handling Customer Complaints and providing Customer Delight from the Indian Academy of Management and Public Speaking from Nazareth Public Speaking Academy.
