Dominique Boyd is a Senior Transportation Engineer at NCDOT with over 15 years of experience in the planning and development of local and municipal highways across various metropolitan and regional organizations in North Carolina. Responsibilities include conducting daily business as the CRTPO and GCLMPO Coordinator, along with prior roles as Transportation Engineer II and I, managing several MPOs and RPOs. In addition to engineering, Dominique co-founded the Carolina United Flag Football Club, a non-profit aimed at enhancing flag football for all ages, and the New Standard Group, a global network focused on empowering young black leaders. Dominique holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tennessee State University.
