Timothy Blair Chambers

Timothy Blair Chambers, Jr. is a seasoned professional in transportation planning and compliance, currently serving as the Compliance & Procurement Branch Manager at NCDOT since September 2016. With extensive experience across various roles within the Integrated Mobility Division, Timothy has successfully managed Limited-Service Contracts, overseen multiple grant applications and awards, and acted as Project Manager for key programs. Previous positions include Senior Transportation Advisor, Planning and Contracts Officer, and Mobility Development Specialist at NCDOT, as well as roles in community development and planning with The Wooten Company, City of Raleigh, Guilford County, and the North Carolina Department of Commerce. Timothy holds a BA in Geography with a focus on Regional and Community Planning from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
