Claire Appleby has extensive experience in roles focused on business requirements, customer support, and team leadership, primarily at NCFE from December 2004 to the present, where Claire held positions such as Business Requirements Manager, IT Business Partnership Manager, QA Manager, and Customer Support Team Leader. Responsibilities included acting as a Certified Scrum Product Owner, maintaining customer relationships, managing product backlogs, coordinating user acceptance tests, and leading training and performance management initiatives. Prior to NCFE, Claire worked at Lloyds TSB as a Team Leader, supervising teams and enhancing performance, and has earlier experience as a BT Operator and in various roles at Dolcis Shoes. Claire’s educational foundation was established at Kenton School.
