Kostiantyn Peresiedov

Kostiantyn Peresiedov, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Funding at Agroprosperis Group since January 2021 and has held the position of Investment Director at NCH Capital since July 2014, focusing on debt and equity funding, business valuation, and agribusiness insurance. Previous roles include Head of Finance and Reporting at JSC "State Saving Bank of Ukraine" for a brief period in 2014, Deputy Head of the Trade Finance Unit, and Manager of Investment Banking at Exim-Capital from 2011 to 2014. Kostiantyn also has experience in corporate finance, having served on the Supervisory Board of Comfort-Service and held various positions at KINTO. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, both from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, as well as a certified program in Practical Psychology from the same institution.
