Martyn Ruscoe

Martyn Ruscoe is an experienced legal professional currently serving as European Legal Director at NCH Europe since April 2018, where a robust legal team was established to cover compliance, company secretarial, contracts, litigation, and real estate across 23 countries. Prior to this role, Martyn held positions as Managing European Counsel at Precise Mortgages and Group Solicitor and Head of Legal at Trident Group. Martyn began the legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Hatchers Solicitors LLP after completing a degree in Politics and Modern History at The University of Manchester, and later obtained an MBA from The Open University Business School and completed the Higher Rights of Audience program. Martyn's legal expertise is complemented by a strong background in property litigation and in-house legal practices.
