Louisa Hunkerstorm

Louisa Hunkerstorm is an experienced professional with a strong background in institutional effectiveness, data analysis, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at NCHEMS since April 2022, Louisa previously worked at Central Wyoming College from January 2014 to April 2022, where roles included Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Assistant Librarian, focusing on data accessibility and supporting distance education. Prior to this, Louisa was a Senior Field Instructor and Course Leader at the National Outdoor Leadership School, delivering outdoor education and leadership training, and earned multiple merit awards for outstanding performance. Additional experience includes teaching communication courses at the University of Washington and coaching at West Anchorage High School, complemented by a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from Dartmouth College.
