Brian Romanchok

Brian Romanchok has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Brian currently holds the position of Vice President – East Coast Operations, Stone Solutions at Cornerstone Building Brands, where they are responsible for overseeing sales, production, installation, and administration for a $250M division operating nine manufacturing plants. Prior to this, Romanchok served as the General Manager – Great Lakes and Mid-South Region at Environmental Stoneworks, where they successfully integrated and grew the business following an acquisition. During their tenure, they increased profit margins, grew sales capture, managed an acquisition, and implemented a new sales estimation program. Before that, Romanchok was the Co-Owner and Vice President of Progressive Poured Walls, where they played a key role in building and expanding the company before selling their stake. Brian also founded Briden Construction and served as its Owner and President, growing the company into the largest residential stonemason in the Great Lakes market before selling to ESW. Earlier in their career, Romanchok worked as an Area Manager at Pulte Homes of Ohio and as a Sales Engineer and Customer Service Representative at Hy-Level Industries, Inc. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership, managed the building process and business plans, and achieved significant sales growth.

Brian Romanchok holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Finance and Small Business Management from Baldwin Wallace University. Brian also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing and Production from Bowling Green State University.
