Jose Santana

Jose Santana is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and operations management with extensive experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Continuous Improvement Manager at Cornerstone Building Brands, Jose is responsible for promoting Lean and Kaizen methodologies across multiple plants and mentoring plant CI Managers. Previous roles include Continuous Improvement Manager and Project Control Coordinator at SA Energy Group, where organizational development programs were designed, and bottleneck analysis was conducted. Jose also held operational leadership positions at Pointsmith and Solarnova Veracruz, and successfully owned and managed businesses focused on manufacturing and solar energy systems. Holding a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterey, Jose further honed leadership skills through certifications in Lean Leadership and Lean Six Sigma.
