Marcin Zielinski

Marcin Zielinski has over 15 years of experience in various human resources roles. Marcin is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Cornerstone Building Brands since May 2021, where they previously served as the HR Director from November 2017. Prior to that, they were the HR Manager at DistributionNOW from April 2014 to November 2017. Marcin also worked as Global HR at Smartbridge from February 2012 to April 2014. Before transitioning to HR, they worked as a Paralegal at George R. Willy, P.C. from April 2011 to February 2012. Marcin's career began as a Program Manager at Alliance Abroad Group from December 2009 to April 2011. Marcin also has experience as a Regional HR Manager at HCMS from 2005 to 2009.

Marcin Zielinski, GPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Gdansk, which they obtained from 2000 to 2005. In 2019, they completed the CORe: Credential of Readiness program at Harvard Business School. More recently, in 2022, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for Executive Leadership Development. In addition to their education, Marcin holds certifications as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from the HR Certification Institute and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional from SHRM.
