Nicole Gay

Nicole Gay is an accomplished Product Manager with extensive experience in overseeing diverse product portfolios and driving strategic initiatives across multiple industries. Currently at Cornerstone Building Brands, Nicole manages the metal product portfolio, focusing on portfolio optimization and pricing strategy. Prior experience includes serving as Global Director of Product Management at Barnes, where Nicole managed a $450 million portfolio for the global hot runner market and developed a phase gate product development process. Previous roles at Hubbell Incorporated involved managing various product lines and leading cross-functional teams, as well as experience in roles at Danaher Corporation and Inline Plastics Corp. Nicole holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Connecticut and a BBA in Management from the University of North Florida.
