Peter Talosig

Peter Talosig has extensive legal experience in corporate and securities law, currently serving as Senior Counsel at Cornerstone Building Brands since May 2011. Prior to this role, Peter held a similar position at NCI Building Systems, Inc. from 2011 to 2023, managing public company securities law reporting obligations. Peter's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Corporate/Securities Associate at Locke Lord LLP and as a Corporate/Securities Associate at Brewer & Pritchard, PC. Peter obtained a Master of Laws in Securities Law from Georgetown University Law Center, an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University, a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Services and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University.
