Samad Assal has extensive work experience in various roles involving operations, planning, supply chain management, and sales. Samad founded and served as the CEO of Fedala Medical Solutions (FMS), where they focused on identifying and developing healthcare projects. Prior to that, they were the co-founder and CEO of Atlas Realty Consultants (ARC), LLC, where they utilized their global business experience to create higher values in the real estate market. Samad also held roles as VP of Sales & Operations Planning at Cornerstone Building Brands, Director of S&OP & SCM at Philips, and S&OP Consultant at Alcon. Samad gained experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning at Honeywell, where they served as the Global S&OP & Supply Chain Leader of Americas. Earlier in their career, Samad worked at Kimberly-Clark, improving strategic business partnerships and leading strategic demand forecasting and planning.

Samad Assal obtained an MBA degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee from 2007 to 2008.
