Wayne Irmiter

Wayne Irmiter has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Wayne is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Cornerstone Building Brands. Prior to this, they worked at Wilsonart International Holdings LLC as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for finance, tax, treasury, accounting, and strategic planning. Wayne also held the position of Vice President, Global Controller at Wilsonart International. Wayne has previously worked at Berkshire Hathaway Energy Company as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, managing FP&A and accounting functions. Wayne also has experience at Gateway, Inc. as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Director of Finance. Early in their career, they held various accounting and finance roles at Rubbermaid Inc. and O'Sullivan Industries, Inc.

Wayne Irmiter obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa from 1985 to 1988. Wayne also passed the CPA Exam in 1988, certified by the State of Iowa.
