Nicole Caldwell has extensive experience in customer support and success management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Global Support and Customer Experience at nCino, Inc. since December 2015. Previously, Nicole held positions as Global Director of Customer Success Management and Associate Director of Support Engineering Data & Integrations within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Support Supervisor at Verizon Wireless from March 2012 to November 2015. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where studies were completed between 2012 and 2014.
