Nithin Rj

Nithin RJ is a Senior Engineering Manager at nCino, Inc., leading teams focused on Generative AI, predictive AI/ML, and Data Engineering since November 2021. Nithin manages the central data lakehouse infrastructure and data engineering efforts, also serving on the Data Enablement and Governance council. Previously, Nithin worked at Wells Fargo from September 2013 to November 2021 as an Engineering Manager for profitability and analytics platforms, overseeing the product lifecycle for solutions used by over 5,500 users. Nithin's experience includes roles as a team lead and technology analyst at Infosys, contributing significantly to project lifecycles and mentoring teams. Nithin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Amrita Institute of Technology & Science and completed executive education in Business Analytics for Strategic Decisions at NUS Business School.
